Correspondence and/or Permission

Below is an email me and my partner sent to the head of P.E to ask for permission to use the 3G football pitch when it is avaliable.

For my media A2 project, I am creating an advertisment advert for a new product. Me and my partner Scott have decided to make an energy drink advert and for this we need your permission to use the astro football pitch sometime this week to finish off our filming.

By sending this email it shows our professionalism by sending an email asking to use the football pitch instead of just going on it without permission.
